Attendance Office
ABSENCE NOTES SHOULD be in writing and given to the Attendance Desk in the Main Lobby when your child returns to school. You can email the Attendance Office at msattend@mw.k12.ny.us if necessary.
EARLY PICK UP NOTES
need to be in writing and need to include:
- Your child's first and last name
- Grade and House Color
- Reason for pick-up
- Time of pick up / CUT OFF TIME FOR PICK UP PRIOR TO 3:00pm DISMISSAL IS 2:30pm
(ON A HALF DAY 11:00am)
- Who will be picking your child up; ID MUST BE PROVIDED
Notes should be given to the ATTENDANCE DESK in the Main Lobby WHEN YOUR CHILD ARRIVES TO SCHOOL. Your child will be given a pass to meet you in the lobby at the designated time. (Pick-up at 3:00 does not require a note.)
Pick-ups at dismissall require you to go to the High School entrance. You will see a line for middle school pickups. Once our buses depart, you will be directed up to the middle school parking lot.

Yearbook Club
The yearbook club is having a cover contest! Join yearbook club using the google classroom code cxjp4nrc
if you are intrested in participating in the contest. Paper forms can be found in the main office.
Yearbook Club
The first meeting of the Yearbook Club will take place on Thursday, September 24th in room 153. This meeting will take place from 3-3:50. You can take the late bus home or get a ride.
GAGA Ball
AM Gaga Ball Intramurals for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will begin Tuesday (9/15) at 7:15 AM. Intramurals for Gaga Ball will take place every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday before school. Students will need a parent permission form (outside rm. 101) filled out and handed into Ms McKenzie. Students can get dropped off by a parent or take the HS bus in the morning and the bus will drop you off at the MS.
Science Olympiad
Are you interested in competing in the Science Olympiad Competition? Come join the
Science Olympiad Team! We will have an informational meeting on Thursday, September 24th in room 238. The google classroom code is urriw3a3.Hope to see you there!
Go for Gold
Friday, September 25th is Go Gold for Pediatric Cancer Awareness. Wear YELLOW & GOLD to show
our support for children and families affected by pediatric cancer. Members of the Yearbook Club will be out taking pictures of students showing off their gold and yellow spirit! Everyone can join!
